The Ardrossan Community Campus, which has a budget of £103 million, is the largest project to date for SCAPE Scotland. Delivered by Morgan Sindall Construction for North Ayrshire Council, this facility will accommodate over 1,400 students aged from 2–18 years old, and will provide much-needed housing and commercial space, transforming a previously derelict site into a vibrant community.
This campus is the first project in the UK to utilise a fully battery-powered pile driving rig, ensuring that there are zero local carbon emissions. Completion is expected in autumn 2027.
