The Cardea Community Pavilion was delivered for Peterborough City Council, via the SCAPE EMPA framework (SCAPE Regional Construction framework) by Clegg Construction, as a £1.1m multi-functional community facility.

Located next to local playing fields, the building provided sports changing rooms, an assembly hall, a kitchen and flexible meeting spaces for residents and community groups. Designed for low maintenance and energy-efficient operation, the pavilion created a central hub for local activities while supporting sports teams and community organisations in the growing Cardea neighbourhood.

"Clegg Construction delivered an excellent project, which optimises space and will provide a much-needed facility for local people, who are already making the most of their new building."
