Kier delivered more than 1,000 projects for SCAPE clients through the Minor Works frameworks in 2019, with the total project value approaching £1bn at the point the milestone was achieved. Following its reappointment as a delivery partner in September 2015, Kier was awarded over 550 projects and successfully handed over more than 375, all consistently delivered on time and within budget.
The framework was performance-managed, ensuring clients received strong value for money and measurable social impact. By combining high-quality delivery with meaningful social value, Kier and SCAPE created lasting benefits for the communities they served.
