The Built Environment Consultancy Services (BECS) framework played a pivotal role in supporting projects that shape and strengthen communities. From regenerating town centres to advising West Midlands Police on modernising their facilities, the framework has enabled meaningful impact across the public sector.

In its final year, the framework surpassed 1,000 projects. The milestone 1,000th project, appointed by Enfield Council, saw Perfect Circle complete a viability study on the restoration of the Grade II-listed Broomfield House in Broomfield Park, exploring options to bring the fire‑damaged historic manor back into use.
