Cara Henderson, Framework Director (Scotland) at Morgan Sindall Construction has been instrumental in shaping and expanding their presence on the SCAPE Scotland Construction framework, working collaboratively across both the Morgan Sindall and the SCAPE Scotland teams.
By championing accelerated delivery and early contractor engagement, Cara has helped secure 40 projects valued at more than £300 million. Under her leadership, projects achieved an average client satisfaction score of 9.6/10, with 100% delivered on time and within budget. Cara also placed a strong emphasis on strengthening local supply chains, supporting social enterprises, and maximising social value across communities throughout Scotland.

- Securing the £103m Ardrossan Community Campus, the largest project procured through SCAPE Scotland
- Supporting Scottish Fire and Rescue’s pioneering design for firefighter safety and wellbeing
- Enabling Fife Council to deliver 250 high-quality social homes across 9 sites via Lovell Partnerships
- Growing Morgan Sindall’s involvement with social enterprises throughout Scotland, and work on the SCAPE Scotland Community Legacy Programme
