Elliot Cope SCAPE 20 timeline

Elliot Cope’s career demonstrates how collaborative frameworks like SCAPE’s Regional and National frameworks nurture talent and deliver outstanding project outcomes.

Elliot Cope’s career journey is a testament to the opportunities created through Morgan Sindall Construction’s partnership with SCAPE across the Midlands. Beginning as a Trainee Site Engineer, Elliot has progressed with every SCAPE project he has worked on, advancing through roles as Trainee Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, to his current Project Manager title. This progression has seen Elliot contribute to a diverse range of SCAPE projects, including Ravensdale Infant and Nursery School, Peak Court and Darley Bank Student Accommodation, Bramley Vale, National Highways Depot in Bescot, and Claycroft Student Accommodation for the University of Warwick.

We thank him for consistently going the extra mile, dedicating much of his spare time to supporting community projects, and making a positive difference beyond the site boundary.

“I’ve found the SCAPE approach has been really consistent across all the projects I’ve worked on, with strong relationships built with both new and existing customers as a result. The range of projects I’ve worked on has also given me the opportunity to build my experience, and that positive, collaborative way of working has been a huge part of my development in partnering with clients to make sure the right outcomes are delivered.”
