“When I started in 2009, SCAPE had 70 clients and a small team of six. Now, we have 1,300 clients, and a team of 220. The size and scale of the people and clients we help now is remarkable and something we should all be proud of.”

Now more than 200 colleagues strong across SCAPE Group, including SCAPE, SCAPE Scotland, Arc Partnership, Lungfish Architects and Construction Waste Portal, we are proud of the expertise, integrity and commitment our people bring to their roles every day.
Over the years, many have played a defining part in our journey. Some have moved on to new chapters or well-earned retirement after long careers in the public sector. Some are sadly no longer with us. All have left a lasting mark.
Their influence continues in the way we serve our clients, support one another, and look towards the future. They helped establish the professionalism, warmth and collaborative spirit that define our One Team culture, resolutely passionate about what we do, generous with their knowledge and always ready to those around them.
