The refurbishment of the Clarence Park Pavilion in St Albans preserved a historic Grade II listed cricket pavilion that has served the local community for over 125 years.
Delivered for St Albans City and District Council through the SCAPE Regional Construction framework and delivered by Conamar, the project carefully balanced heritage conservation with modern improvements. Works included restoring brickwork and timber features, repairing the roof, upgrading fire safety measures, and improving accessibility to provide safer, more inclusive facilities for players and visitors.
