Marking the first scheme delivered through SCAPE’s Regional Construction framework.

The first project procured through the SCAPE Regional Construction framework was launched in Lincoln in November 2022, marking an important milestone for the programme. Partnering with Lindum Group, the team delivered a new arts and drama block at The Priory Academy LSST.

The project was completed in two phases, and included transforming former library and classroom spaces into a central hub for the Trust’s central support teams and services, plus the creation of a new Arts and Drama Block with PV panels to help reduce the school's carbon output.

The project marked the first step in a framework created to deliver £750m of public sector construction projects across the Midlands and East of England.

"We are delighted to be working with our partner, Lindum to deliver the first building project via the Regional Construction framework. The quick mobilisation of the project, alongside early client engagement, demonstrates how the framework and our collaborative working with Lindum will allow us to easily meet client’s priorities and deliver real value successfully."
