Joint venture Perfect Circle launches

Perfect Circle, a joint venture between Pick Everard, Gleeds, and AECOM, was established in 2011 to solely deliver advisory, consultancy, and technical services for SCAPE frameworks.

Each partner was already appointed to the SCAPE Design and Technical Framework and SCAPE National Project Management or the SCAPE Quantity Surveying Framework, but came together to provide a consultancy service for built environment and infrastructure projects.

The partnership combines innovative skills, a shared vision, and deep public sector insight and since its inception, Perfect Circle has delivered over £1bn in services, completed more than 3,000 projects, and generated over £110m in social value.
