Overview
SCAPE’s new Construction frameworks launched in 2021 to replace the expired National Construction and Minor Works frameworks. They operate for four years and give public sector organisations direct access for projects worth £12bn across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and £2bn in Scotland.
The frameworks offer clients more procurement options and greater control over their projects, including:
- more flexibility in selecting delivery partners
- a life cycle contract form supporting energy conservation and asset performance for up to five years
- dedicated framework management measured against market-leading benchmarks for environmental performance, sustainability, social value and the use of local supply chains
