Designed and project-managed by Arc Partnership and delivered by Morgan Sindall Construction through the SCAPE Construction framework, Rosecliffe Spencer Academy was built to support the rapidly growing Edwalton community.
The 315-place school, including a 26-place nursery, was completed seven weeks early, within budget, and achieved a 10/10 client satisfaction score. The project generated £3.1m in social value, achieved 100% waste diversion, and strengthened a partnership that has since delivered 11 projects worth £121.8m, creating over 1,500 new school places through collaborative, community‑focused delivery.
