In July 2020, SCAPE announced £13bn of new Construction frameworks to replace its National Construction and Minor Works frameworks that were due to expire. Available to all public sector organisations, the new frameworks were designed to accelerate the delivery of high‑quality projects across all sectors and project values.
For the first time, a unique parallel lotting structure gave clients the option to engage early with multiple delivery partners before awarding a project. This early engagement can make projects more efficient by providing clients with insights into early designs, reducing risk and improving certainty across time, cost and quality.
