SCAPE launched its National Built Environment Consultancy Services (BECS) framework in 2016, appointing Perfect Circle as the sole delivery partner.
The appointment of Perfect Circle to the £350m framework marked the first time a joint venture including Pick Everard, Gleeds, and AECOM, was appointed by SCAPE.
Over four years, the framework supported more than 1,450 public sector projects and generated over £44m in social value through its consultancy services.
