Following rapid growth and the integration of Arc Partnership, SCAPE relocated to a 2,000m² floor at City Gate West, Nottingham, creating a unified space for almost 200 employees and subsidiary companies.
Lungfish Architects led the project, delivering thoughtful space planning, interior design, and commercial insight to create a collaborative, flexible, and social environment. With an inviting reception, adaptable workspaces, breakout areas, and meeting rooms, the office reflected SCAPE’s ethos and was completed in just 14 weeks.
