Overview
Radiant Cleaners, a Nottingham-based commercial cleaning social enterprise, has contributed to several SCAPE projects by working with delivery partners to prepare sites ahead of handover. As a real Living Wage employer, the organisation provides pathways into employment for disadvantaged adults while maintaining high standards of project delivery.
The team supported the SCAPE and Arc Partnership project at Millside Spencer Academy, where Ukrainian refugees also found employment through Radiant Cleaners. They have also contributed to the Waterside Bridge project in Nottingham, demonstrating how social enterprises can play a valuable role across SCAPE projects.
