Skegness Tower Gardens HERO

The Tower Gardens Pavilion in Skegness is the largest project undertaken by the Skegness Town Council. Completed in January 2020, it includes a spacious community hall, a fully equipped café, and a dedicated Town Council office.

This sustainable, mixed-use facility aims to combat issues like loneliness and health by offering versatile spaces for fitness, skills development, training, and community events. Constructed by G F Tomlinson under the SCAPE Construction framework, the project received the RICS Social Impact Award.

“The Tower Gardens Pavilion has breathed life back into a previously neglected area of Skegness Town Centre. The new Pavilion will provide easier access to crucial town council services and flexible spaces and a café for the community to access all year round. The enthusiasm from the team behind the project, as well as the support from the local community, is impressive and the judges believe this project will have a positive social impact for both residents and visitors to the area.”
