South Kesteven District Council’s regeneration of Grantham town centre has delivered a 20,000 sq ft external shell for a new Savoy multiplex cinema with five-screens and 701 seats.
Procured via the SCAPE Regional Construction framework, G F Tomlinson led delivery with early contractor engagement and specialist advice on funding, feasibility and modern construction methods. The development has accelerated growth and increased visitor numbers, strengthening Grantham's appeal.
