Overview
Since 2023, Stepnell has worked with Derby City Council to deliver an annual programme of works for schools across Derby, focusing on improving energy efficiency, bringing buildings in line with current standards, and enhancing learner comfort.
Delivered through SCAPE’s Regional Construction framework, the initiative has seen up to eight projects running concurrently. Works are carefully planned to start at the beginning of the summer holidays, enabling fast track delivery and ensuring facilities are ready for the new academic year.
