Overview
The Priory Federation of Academies Trust wanted to bring together administrative functions from 13 sites into a central hub, prompting significant refurbishment at the Priory Academy LSST in Lincoln.
The two‑phase project included transforming former library and classroom areas into workspaces for the Trust’s office teams and creating a new arts and drama building.
The project was delivered by Lindum Group via the SCAPE Construction framework ahead of schedule and within budget.
